14 competitive bands go head-to-head in Scotiabank Caribana’s People’s Choice – Best Costume Contest to see which male and which female will be voted best costume by you, “the people”. Each winner will receive bragging rights and $1000 for the best male and female costume, courtesy of Scotiabank.
