OK so based on some conversations I've been having with several friends from different crowds here in Toronto - there is a huge consensus about either guys only going to Caribana to teif or steal a bubble from girls they otherwise wouldn't get any from. OR conversations about not so hot girls going to Caribana half naked in hopes of gettin a bubble from guys they don't have a chance with. What about those who just love the music & sunshine? haha in my opinion from my experience that doesn't exist! But I want to know why people can't just go out to on lakeshore to have a good time? Its quite disturbing sometimes to think that girls are worried about getting grabbed up and guys goin out with agendas in their pockets...I'm jus sayin - that's my opinion. Jumpin up and bubblin is all fun and part of the culture but when it gets to the point that girls walk in fear that's NOT a good look! So fellas if you comin to the parade to watch, then come & watch but don't jump behind us if you don't know us by name.....any defenders of the male species? Any girls out there who don't mind a random bubble or two or twenty for one day? Holla!
